How can I get a coupon?

1. Please enter in the purchase box the amount for which you wish to purchase the voucher. The minimum coupon amount is EUR 10.

2. Put the amount you want in the shopping cart.

3. Please select the delivery method 'Pick-up in store'. You will be automatically assigned a free delivery.

4. Within 1 working day of receipt of payment, we will send you a gift voucher to the e-mail address you have provided, which you can print out and donate.

Gift vouchers can only be sent by e-mail. The image of the coupon differs from that shown in the photo.

Rules for the use of the gift voucher:

• The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The expiry date of the gift voucher is indicated on the gift voucher.
• The amount shown on the gift voucher applies to the goods in the shopping cart.
• The amount of the gift voucher shall not be used for delivery costs.
• The gift voucher may be transferred to a third party.
• The gift voucher is not convertible into cash.
• In the case of goods for which the price of the gift voucher exceeds the amount of money indicated in the gift voucher, the missing part of the purchase price may be paid by bank transfer. If the price of the goods is less than the amount indicated on the gift voucher, no refund shall be made.
• Gift vouchers for goods and services may be used only once.
• If a gift voucher is presented for payment of goods, the gift voucher shall not be returned to its holder.
• When purchasing a gift voucher, the VAT invoice is debited.
