Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.
In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the following quality goods cannot be exchanged or returned if the buyer is not satisfied with the colour, size, shape, texture, model:
- Fabrics
- Ribbons and other goods that are cut and prepared to the individual dimensions specified by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges
1. 1. In all cases, money for returned goods shall be transferred only to the payer's bank account.
2. In order to return the quality product(s) pursuant to Clause 1. of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller by the means of contact specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned goods, the order number and the reasons for the return. Defective goods may be returned if the defects are detected within the shelf life of the product.
3. When returning/exchanging goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:
3.1. the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition;
3.2. the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
3.3. the goods must be unused and in good condition (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods);
3.4. the returned goods must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received them;
3.5. the goods must be returned with the document of purchase.
4. The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer's returns if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedure set out in Article 8.3.
5. In the event of a return of the wrong Goods and/or faulty Goods, the Seller undertakes to take back such Goods and to replace them with similar suitable Goods.
6. The Seller shall refund to the Buyer the monies paid for the Goods rejected by the Buyer to the Buyer's account no later than fourteen days from the date on which the Seller receives the Buyer's notice of withdrawal. The Seller may not refund the amounts paid by the Buyer until the goods have been returned to the Seller.
7. In the event of a return or exchange of quality goods, the Buyer shall not be refunded the delivery costs paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
8. In the event of return or exchange of goods, the Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
