2. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email shortly afterwards showing your order. Please check that you have ordered the goods you wanted. Our shop administrator will check your order and will send you an order confirmation shortly afterwards, which will already contain your payment details.
3. Orders are usually confirmed the same working day. If the order is received after office hours, at weekends or on public holidays, we will send the confirmation on the next working day.
4. Confirmation is sent by email with details of the details for payment of the goods. We will inform you of the order confirmation by SMS.
5. The goods are prepared and dispatched within 1 - 3 working days after receipt of the order.
1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Buyer and the e-shopwww.darau.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") in relation to the purchase of goods in the online shop.
2. Conclusion of the contract of sale and purchase
2.1 The contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks on the "Confirm Order" button.
2.2 Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be stored in the e-shop database.
3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
3.1 The Buyer shall have the right to make purchases in the e-shop in accordance with these Rules.
3.2 The Buyer must provide the correct details and contact telephone number at the time of registration.
3.3 If the data provided at the time of registration changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
3.4 The Buyer must receive an advance invoice from the Seller after confirming the order. Payment shall only be made after confirmation by the Seller, after checking that all goods are in stock. Confirmation shall be sent by email or by telephone to the Buyer personally.
3.5 The minimum basket amount is EUR 6.
3.6 The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase of the goods by notifying the Seller by e-mail.
3.7 The Buyer undertakes not to pass on his/her login details to third parties.
3.8 The Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules when using the e-shop.
4. Rights and obligations of the Seller
4.1 The Seller undertakes to sell goods to legal and natural persons.
4.2 The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the address specified by the Buyer. See section 5 of the Rules.
4.3 The Seller undertakes to protect the personal data provided by the Buyer in accordance with the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.4 Upon receipt of the order, the Seller undertakes to send an invoice for prepayment to the Buyer's e-mail address within 1-5 days.
4.5 If the Seller does not have the goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of this within 1-5 days of receipt of the order.
4.6 If the Buyer fails to pay the invoice within five working days of receipt of the invoice, the order is cancelled.
4.7 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation or security of the Seller's e-shop or breaches his/her obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the Seller's e-shop or terminate the Buyer's account.
4.8 The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Delivery of Goods
5.1 Goods ordered shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer subject to the Buyer paying the specified delivery charges.
5.2 The Goods shall be prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of receipt of the order. During festive periods the time limit may be extended to 5 working days.
5.3 The time limit for dispatch is calculated from the day on which the parcel was handed over to the courier service.
6. Return of goods
6.1 Returns shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Returns Policy dated 29 June 2001. The return of goods is subject to the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".
6.2 Goods of good quality shall not be returned or exchanged.
6.3 If the Customer fails to collect the parcel from the post office or courier on time and/or cancels the order after the parcel has been dispatched, the delivery price and the return fee charged by the delivery service shall be deducted from the order amount.
7. Conditions for the return of faulty goods:
7.1 If you have purchased faulty goods, you may return them within 14 calendar days of delivery.
7.2 Darau.lt undertakes to refund the money paid for goods of unsatisfactory quality or to replace them with goods of the same quality or with other goods of equivalent value. Goods of good quality may not be returned due to unsatisfactory shape, texture or colour.
7.3 Refunds shall be made by crediting the customer's personal account. No refunds shall be made for goods that have not been purchased from Darau.lt, or that have been damaged intentionally or negligently (by chemicals, open flames, high temperatures, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules of use or storage of the goods have been violated, or if the goods have been used improperly or for an improper purpose. The refund is exclusive of shipping charges, i.e. only the value of the goods is refunded.
7.4 If the goods are received in poor quality or if the product received is not the one ordered by the customer, upon dispatch of the returned goods, the customer should be informed immediately by email: info@darau.lt
Due to the different parameters of computer and phone screens, the colour and shape of the goods in the online shop may differ slightly from the colour and shape of the actual goods.
