1. Do you issue invoices or VAT invoices?
Yes. You will receive a VAT invoice to the email address on your order after payment has been received. The invoice will contain the details you provided when placing your order.
2. How long does it take to deliver my order?
We prepare and dispatch your order within 1 - 3 days. Shipping takes approximately 1 - 3 days.
3. Do you provide sewing services?
No, we do not provide sewing services.
4. Where can I see the goods?
Our physical shop is located in Vilkaviškis, Gedimino g. 3a, where you will find almost the entire range.
As some of the products are stored at other addresses, please contact us before you arrive and let us know which products you are interested in, so that we can deliver them to the physical store and make sure you find them when you arrive.
5. Do you sell goods wholesale?
Yes. We offer discounts on some items, and special prices for fabric rolls or other larger quantities. For larger quantities, please contact us at info@darau.lt.
6. Can I returnunwanted goods?
Yes, within 14 days, provided they are not on the non-returnable list.
7. Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we send by Lithuanian post or Itella courier. To Latvia, Estonia we send by Omniva.
