The dimensions are 42 mm x 22 mm.

The colour of the application shall be selected at random.

Applications half with glue on the fabric. Then level with a heated leveler (temperature ~ 100 degrees) and hold for 10-15 seconds. Let it cool. Wash not earlier than 48 hours later at 40°C.
