PURCHASE AND SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Seller – Dovilė Kalvaitienė, individual activity certificate No. 614649, address: Gedimino g. 3A, Vilkaviškis, email address: info@darau.lt, contact telephone number +370 616 91682, whose goods are sold in the online store https://www.darau.lt.

1.2. Online Store – the online store operated by the Seller at https://www.darau.lt.

1.3. Buyer – a person who meets the requirements set out in Clause 2.2 of these Purchase and Sale Terms and Conditions and has purchased goods from the Online Store.

1.4. Parties – the Buyer and the Seller jointly.

1.5. Purchase and Sale Terms and Conditions of the Online Store hereinafter referred to as the “Terms” – a distance purchase and sale agreement establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing, paying for, delivering and returning goods, the liability of the parties, and other terms related to the purchase and sale of goods in the Online Store.

1.6. Purchase and Sale Agreement – a purchase and sale agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller, consisting of the order for goods submitted by the Buyer to the Seller through the Online Store and these Terms, including any subsequent amendments and/or supplements.

2. GENERAL TERMS

2.1. Under the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Seller undertakes to sell and transfer to the Buyer the goods ordered and paid for by the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay the established price for the goods and accept the delivered goods.

2.2. The right to purchase goods from the Online Store is granted to visitors of the Online Store who are:

2.2.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of 18 and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court decision;

2.2.2. legal entities.

2.3. Before purchasing goods in the Online Store, the Buyer must read and agree to these Terms. The Terms confirmed by the Buyer constitute a legally binding document for both Parties.

2.4. The Buyer is not entitled to order goods from the Online Store if the Buyer has not read and agreed to these Terms. If the Buyer does not agree with the Terms or any part thereof, the Buyer may not order goods from the Online Store.

2.5. The Seller has the right to amend and/or supplement these Terms. The amended Terms shall be published in the Online Store. All amendments and/or supplements to the Terms shall enter into force from the moment they are published in the Online Store.

2.6. Before purchasing goods in the Online Store, the Buyer must read and agree to the Privacy Policy of the Online Store. The Buyer’s personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Online Store.
